Work and Payment Terms

Standard packages: the displayed price covers one package within its stated area, specification and scope. The order lists the selected packages, quantity and total. Retain the package description and terms accepted at checkout.
Extra work: requests outside the package scope require a separate quote stating the work, price and payment schedule. Work proceeds only after customer approval, with a separate invoice for the agreed extra work.
Changes: changes to scope or price require both parties’ confirmation before proceeding. Where prior payments are involved, the amount credited and remaining balance will be recorded.
Cancellations and refunds: these are handled according to the confirmed work, progress and both parties’ written agreement.
